CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I truly value your time and mine. To keep my schedule running smoothly and to respect other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. - Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged a 20% service fee. - No call no shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. - There is a 15 minute grace period, if you are more than 15 minutes late without any notice, it will be considered a no call no show and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If something comes up, and this is unavoidable please contact me and we can reschedule your appointment. - I require a 24 hour notice when booking an appointment. If you are interested or urgent to get a same-day appointment, please contact me via text, call, or email and I can possibly see if I have any availability. This does not guarantee I will have an opening slot, but there could be a possibility. I completely understand that life happens - please reach out as soon as possible if an emergency comes up.
